MFA Illustration Thesis 2016

Created in 2016 as part of his MFA thesis at the Fashion Institute of Technology, this series of layered laser-cut wood paintings draws inspiration from 1990s comics, street culture, and "Choose Your Own Adventure" storytelling.

Through themes of basketball, DJ culture, science fiction, gentrification, and community, the work captures the energy, characters, and evolving stories of New York City.
